With online backups, all your data is stored off-site.  This is important because if something happens to your home or office such as a fire, flood or break-in, chances are not only will you lose the original data on your computer, but you’ll also lose your backup files as well.  However, when you store your data at a different location, you don’t have to worry about that.  No matter what happens to your computer or hard drive, you’ll always know there’s a safe and secure copy of your files at a different location.

Please note that if you lose your encryption password, we will be unable to help you restore data. This is because our encryption methods can’t be reversed or cracked by anyone.
