Using industry leading encryption techniques, CloudBackup will encrypt your data before it sends it over the Internet to our Online Data Centre and is stored in the same encrypted manner. Your data is secure in our servers and can only be decrypted with your secret password that was used to encrypt it.

 

Replication

Data inside CloudBackup’s servers is replicated across geographies. What this means is that not only is your data backed up to our primary data centre,  it is then replicated to another cluster of servers in a different rack then replicated a second time to our secondary data centre in a separate location. So there are 3 encrypted copies of your precious data at any one time.
